It is a fantastic book!
I read it in one sitting.
It really helped me commit to a raw-food diet.
Some people on this list don't like it because of the "in-your-face" style,
but I thought that was the humorous part of the book and I didn't pay much
attention to it.
The logic in the book is irrefutable.
I highly recommend it.
