P.S. on raw chicken. I also buy it from a farmer, as Don does, in fact
probably the same farmer in the NYC farmer's markets. This farmer also
sells Beefalo meat. His animals are among the few that are range fed, a
very unusual find in the USA. His beef is, however, frozen, but I think
it is worth it, and I enjoy his raw steaks and bone marrow. I ate the
Beefalo liver too for a while, but it doesn't appeal just now. If anyone
wants to get his meat, he will ship it. His name is Franz Bammert, Reba
