For what it's worth:

regarding the subject of urine, I have heard of it's use before.  I have
heard that it is used sometimes in Ayurvedic medicine topically and
internally.  For what, I do not know.

Also, when I lived in Guatemala, I visited the jungles of Polochic.  The
native indians there (Kekchi) used urine for some type of internal medicine
also.

Sorry I don't have specifics, but just wanted to present the idea that it
seems like there are plenty of people out there who believe urine can be
used to help heal.
