Nothing - so long as they are not consumed in excess, and are not overspiced.
I'm sure that some others on this list will disagree, and they are free
to reply to your post. I would only say that I find them to be OK, but not
essential. If you hold strictly to 100% raw, it can be difficult socially.
Allowing yourself the freedom to eat stemed veggies once in a while can
liberate you from the rigid, absolutist dogma of "pure 100% raw".
