Hi Ron,

I don't think there is anyone who will disagree with
the idea that the components of salt are vital for the
survival of all living creatures. The big question is
if we need to take salt seperately, or that our foods
naturally contain already enough salt and that taking
any extra, as an addition to our foods, is going to be
harmful.

I have been very curious about an answer to this
question for a long time. I don't think your posts and
web references are saying anything about this. And
even if they do: does anyone know if there is any
reason to believe that the salt issue is different
when you are a raw foodist?

By the way, I have a hard time regarding the celtic
seasalt web site as a source that will provide
objective information, since they need to sell their
product.
