Jean-Louis will be soon getting an award for scientific research con-
cerning cooked vs. raw. ;-) Perhaps we should open up a rawdiet list,
similar to paleodiet where the folks with all the heaps of references
can write. :-)

Ha! You hit the sensible point, Peter. And here are my answers:

1. If there's any truth in the stories about the age of Methusalem -
969 years! - and other historic figures and if recent paleolithic re-
search is on the right path, then the maximum lifespan of humans be-
fore the invention of the fire must have been   o n e    t h o u s a n d
years without medical care, dentists, etc. To me it seems, we lost our
health and our long lives by inventing cooked foods.

2. We humans seem also to have lost a lot of mental capabilities.
For instance we are not able to detect where North and South is, while
lower species have a sense for this which recently could be explained.
They have magnetic particles in their nose.
Well there are humans who can detect this and so I believe that it is
a general ability which most people have lost due to cooked junk.

Also all the tales about people talking to animals and being able to
talk to others without words can't be completely wrong. This seems to
be another lost mental ability.



As for the "excellent health" of cooked food eaters:
The american soldiers in the vietnam war were examined after their
death and most of them showed serious atherosclerosis although they
were in their twenties.

An instincto friend of mine works for a health professional. She re-
ports, that her employer is a healthy woman, working the whole day,
with endless energy, well balanced mind and excellent bodily fitness.
Just two weeks ago my friend told me, that her employer got a stroke!

My conclusion: "excellent health" on a cooked diet is mostly a kind
of outer health. Those people   l o o k    healthy but they aren't.
Their arteries are clogged up, their organs are loaded with poisons
and suddenly they will have big big health problems.
