Hi Roberta - Here's some info on the magnesium content of sea vegetables
that was provided to me by Maine Coast Sea Vegetables. The cited amounts are
per 100 g, dry I assume.

alaria:918mg
dulse:271mg
kelp:900mg
laver:378mg
