PS: I really enjoyed your long
follow-up regarding Zephyrs sickness.
I agree with your points. I think that
we didn't get our brains for nothing
and we should use them. Instinct alone,
for example, prevents me from going
out and making exercises. Sitting in
the warm and talking is more pleasant.
But without these exercises I will
not feel well in the long term, so
what should I do -- exercise, I suppose.
