Robert,

Some questions for you about your stashes. Do you find it's better to
buy veggies and dried fruits in large quantities from far-off places, rather
than get them locally in smaller quantities? Is this much more
economical? Also, what does biodynamic mean exactly? Is it the same
as organic?

I would love to keep a large supply of sweet potatoes and carrots
around, but I just don't have the space, living in a small basement
efficiency (and since I'm leaving soon). And yet, it might be nice to get
some of the nuts and dried fruits in bulk before my trip.

Does anyone recommend any of the companies selling bulk foods on the
internet?

Thanks.

Shawn

.On order from Jaffe's, but not yet arrived, are 25 lbs org almonds, 15
lbs org medjool dates, and 25 lbs org sprouting oats. Also on order from
a biodynamic farm in Ontario (should arrive next week) is
20 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes and 50 lbs carrots. I'm stocking up for
winter. So, are you sorry you asked, Ward?
