Hi Meredith!

Like some others here, I exercise first thing in the morning, usually just
have a bit of water before I hit the weights, stairclimber or whatever.  But
if I wake up hungry, will have a little melon, never seems to reallly get in
the way of exercise.  Overall, though I find an empty stomach works best.
