Hello Lorraine,

It would help to know your operating system and information about your
computer. It seems as though the virus and the healing has left some damaged
files. Have you tried reinstalling Kodak EasyShare? If not, try reinstalling
it over itself, or remove it with Add and Remove Programs in the Control
Panel and reinstall it.

If you have Windows XP you can transfer the pictures very easy without the
Kodak software. Just connect the camera to the computer using the cable
provided and the Scanner and Camera Wizard will either appear or a window
with it and other options will appear. This may or may not happen with
remnants of EasyShare on the system.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Trogan Horse virus

Hi,
I got a message from my Virus software, that I have a virus. I ran my
virus program and it healed it, but now my digital camera won't transfer
pictures to my computer. Ths is the message I receive.... This program has
performed an operation and will be shut down.

EASYSHARE caused an invalid page fault in
module MEDIAENGINE.DLL at 015f:00526766.

I also got a message saying....Back Web error cannot start Dodak software
updater BW files.dll not found or invalid

What does this all mean? I have 24 pictures on my camera, that are very
important. It wants me to forget about a digital camera and go back to a old
trusty camera.

 Please help,
  Thank you,
  Lorraine
