Hello Lorraine, It would help to know your operating system and information about your computer. It seems as though the virus and the healing has left some damaged files. Have you tried reinstalling Kodak EasyShare? If not, try reinstalling it over itself, or remove it with Add and Remove Programs in the Control Panel and reinstall it. If you have Windows XP you can transfer the pictures very easy without the Kodak software. Just connect the camera to the computer using the cable provided and the Scanner and Camera Wizard will either appear or a window with it and other options will appear. This may or may not happen with remnants of EasyShare on the system.
