Select the Icon with a single Left mouse click. Now Right click to bring up
the context menu.
Select Properties......Select the General Tab...Now look at the bottom of
the dialog box where you see check boxes for ...Read
Only...Hidden....Archive. UnCheck Everything. Now try to delete it. If you
still have a problem then reboot to allow the change to occur and try to
delete again.
