Not certain what you want these Keyboard shortcuts to do for you, but...
I use 2 different freeware applications, one is called Winkey.
"The Windows Keyboard Enhancer for Win95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP
Allows you to create shortcuts with the Windows key
Starts your favorite applications, folders and Web pages instantly
Automatically creates more than 10 useful shortcuts
Supports about 200 key combinations"
http://www.copernic.com/winkey/
The other is called Shortkeys By Insight Software
"ShortKeys is a utility that allows you to set up replacement text or paragraphs for any given number of user defined keystrokes. ShortKeys monitors the keyboard activity on a global nature and anytime a user defined keystroke combination is typed in, it will be replaced with the replacement text."
They serve different purposes, but I find both quite handy.
