I am having issues with one of my network printers a Laser Jet IIIsi. I
am getting a Spool32 caused an invalid page fault in module kernel32.dll
error. I have had this problem for the last 3 months, and my users are
about to strangle me. This is a problem on 4 machines. They are Duron
700's, 128 meg ram, 10 gig HD running Win98 SE. I recently upgraded my
faxserver to Win98 SE from Win95 OS2 and it has now began exhibiting
this problem. It does not happen consistently, although I can get it to
reliably hose one machine by trying to print a Word document to the
network printer when the default printer is set to a local one. I have
tried removing and re-installing the printers, setting the spool data
format to RAW and updated the printer drivers with no success. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I am also have an issue with my 'save as' box no longer listing the
folders/files in alpha order. I remember seeing this problem addressed
here recently, but I have been to sleep a time or two since then:o)
Thanks
Anthony
