Westly,
Point to the recycle bin and click the RIGHT mouse button.
Move the slider to whatever percentage you want......OR
change the option to CONFIGURE DRIVES SEPARATELY.
In which case you can have different settings for each drive.
The size of the recycle bin has no affect on system performance
unless you set the size so high that you run out of free disk space.
RAM has nothing to do with the recycle bin.

I want to increase the size of my recycle bin.

of my computer. I have a pentium 3 system, 450 mhz and 64 mb ram. I am
planning to buy 64 mb ram next week.
