Hello and thank you so very much for your newsletters. I can't even count the times where your helpful tips have helped me out. I save them all and have referred to them so often. If you lined up one in front of the other all of the questions and answers that have helped countless numbers of people, I wonder how many miles it would cover? Lots, I'm sure. My question is: Could you please cover the desktop a little? I have some icons on mine that I don't want there, but when I try to delete, it says something about are you sure you want to send so and so to the recycle bin? I don't continue because although I don't think I want it, but am afraid to delete it. Also, I have things on my "start" menu, but don't want to delete for the same reasons.
