Hi Will:

I had a similar problem once with AOL.  I could get email but couldn't get
onto the internet.  Turned out the dial-up adapter was bound to IPX instead of
TCP/IP.  After removing the IPX binding and then binding the adapter to TCP/IP
I was able to connect to the internet.  It's just a thought.
