1. About 4 years <G> Sleeve bearing life expectancy 1 year. Bear
Bearing Live expectancy 5 years.

One uses a sleeve (cylinder) with shaft rotating in it. Metal to metal
sliding.
The other. balls rotating around the shaft like in your car wheel
bearing. Metal rolling on each other.

2. What is a "traditional" fan vs. Not traditional?
