Hello gang,

I have a friend who just purchased a new US Robotics 56k modem, don't
know anything else about it.  They were installing other things at the
time and ran into troubles.  That was no problem other than when they
called tech support for USRob...   the toll free number had been
disconnected.  At any rate they ended up using the toll number and were
on there for around an hour???  that could get expensive.....

does anyone know of a new toll free number or are they just dropping it
all together????

btw....the number they tried was 1-800-525-USR1...........

any help would be appreciated  thank you everyone
