These guys will build whatever you want.  There are dozens like them on the
web.  Connect-it doesn't appear to have a web presence.  Searching for CAT-5
and optical cable suppliers is a good place to start.

Does anyone know a source for heavy duty IDE cables that have pull-tabs on
the connectors? I change drives frequently in my computer and standard
cable just aren't up to it- the ends always wind up falling apart.
