  There's a folder in your Start Menu called "Startup".  Anything you put a 
shortcut to in that folder will be launched when you log into Windows.  (If 
multiple people share the machine, there are special Start Menu folders for 
each account, and one for all acoounts that gets merged with them.)  That's 
the simplest approach -- if you want it to run when the machine *boots*, 
before any user logs in, then things get more complicated.
