Hey Kay,
Yes you can.  However you are going to need to install an IDE controller
card.  In the past I have used one from Maxtor with no problems what so
ever.  With the current cost($12 to $30) there seems no reason to buy one
without a built in BIOS(bootable).  Promise also makes one that I have
used....the Ultra100TX2.

Is there a way to hook up five IDE devices to a PC?   The computer already
has two hard drives and two CD drives (one a burner).
