I purchased a CTX system w/ a WinModem.  I tried to configure it to modem play
games and it just absolutely would not work.  I replaced it with a hardware
modem and everything works fine.  I do believe however if the Internet was my
only use of the modem it would have worked fine, but be making the system work
and play a game at the same time as the modem it couldn't get the job done.
