Hi,

My order of attack would be:

First check the power voltage setting on the power suppy for correct position.

Then I would unplug everything from the main board and put in a know,
working video
card only.

If nothing try changing the power supply,

If still nothing I would change the processor if an AMD machine.  If an
INTEL machine I would change the memory first.
