Sounds like you need a much better CPU heat sink and fan. Standard Pentium
fans just don't cut it with those super seven processors. PC Power &
Cooling http://www.pcpowercooling.com/ makes one for a 300 MHz chip that
has a heat sink big enough to cool down a nuclear reactor. They run around
25 dollars.
