So far, no help from Compaq. They are only giving me the run-around. I have
done everything they ask, including the serial number. They know I need the
drivers, yet they keep telling me things to try. I'm experienced in
installation, etc. as I run a business, but they are hesitating on sending
the restore CD. The modem is "Compaq Presario 336 DF 56K."
