My understanding from the AMD overclocking newsgroup is that 2.5 is the safe upper
limit on voltage for that chip. I think the overclockability varies greatly from
chip to chip with AMD. I am fortunate that I have a AMD K6-2 300 that will
overclock to 374.5 with no increase in voltage. It even is stable at that speed.
Strangely enough, it won't run stable at 333 though. It is only stable at 300 or
374.5
