The printer driver.  Most printer problems like this are usually driver
problems.  Word Perfect has some weird issues with drivers anyway.  This
program is so dependent on the printer drivers its rediculous (sp?).  Try
updated drivers, and if that doesn't work, back-rev the drivers.  Good luck.
