Add to config.sys:
DEVICEHIGH=C:\CPQDOS\CPQIDECD.SYS /D:IDECD001
Add to autoexec.bat:
LH MSCDEX /D:IDECD001 /L:L

Note also that since your PC is a Compaq, after a '95 clean install you
may need to download and install the Win'95 enhancements for your
particular machine. See www.compaq.com/support
