Hello

I'm looking for a graphics card that will allow me to edit videos. I've
never done this before so please excuse my lack of 'tech speak'. What I want
to do is:
Ports/sockets for video in.
Edit the video. (I assume software will come with a good card?)
Ports sockets for video out to enable recording to normal (UK) video
casette.

I suppose I will need to enhance other aspects of my PC so what is the
reccommended specifcations of:

Hard drive?
CPU?
RAM?
PCI or AGP?
Mother board speed/type?

Any advice will be appreciated.

TIA ... Mick
