Thanks, I went to their website and it does require me to flash my BIOS to
accept the Palamino chip, but that chip comes in many speeds also. I was just
wondering what is the fastest speed it will take.  I was hoping someone else
here is using the same board and has upgraded their system to a faster
processor..
