This program causes my Windows 95B to hang up at shut down. If I
CTRL-ALT-DEL, a get a message saying this program is not responding and if
I end task, the computer will shut down normally. The properties tab on
this program says that it is an Intel Common Base Agent, version
6.0.201.0520E. Can anyone tell me if this program is necessary, and, if
not, how do I keep it from running?

Thanks in advance.
