You can, but it would be the equivalent of driving a BMW in 25mph downtown
traffic.  Even though the stick is capable of 8ns or less speed, it can only
run as fast as the bus speed allows.

Normally it is not a good idea to mix different RAMs, because even at the
same speed rating, there are inherit differences in latency and access
timing, etc., between brands and even different modules of the same brand.
BUT since you are going to be doing signficant (40%) UNDERclocking that
should not be a problem for you.
