I have a dell c640 with a cdrw-dvdr. I has always worked flawlessly until recently. Now when I try to record data on a cd it goes through the entire process and then when it finishes the cd is blank and still recordable most of the time.
When I use nero it makes the cd useless. Is this a software problem or a hardware problem?
Thanks,
