Sounds like you installed software that put a shortcut in your Startup
folder or it created a registry entry to start when Windows starts. Look in
your startup folder for a shortcut called CTB or if you're familiar with the
registry, you could search for CTB in there. There could also be a load= or
run= entry in the old win.ini file that is causing the DOS window to start.
