Hi Dave

It sounds like your bus speed is set at 66 MHz instead
of 133 MHz. Have you checked all the places where this
setting could be made?

Most diagnostic programs and the BIOS will identify
the processor's speed according to what the DIP switches
or Soft BIOS say the processor speed is. Change the
bus speed from 66 to 133 and the processor should go from
366 to 733. (66 X 5.5 = 366 whereas 133 X 5.5 = 733)
