I have a computer that I just rebuilt a few months back that is running
a AMD366 on a VA-503+ board with 64mb of simms.The OS is windows 95.
When I turn the computer on I get nothing. The monitor has power but the
screen is blank as if it were off.It is my girlfreinds computer so I do
not know the details before she shut it down the last time.
When I try to boot it the screen remains blank, the harddrive runs
continuously and I get no beep.
I have pulled all the cards, checked all connections and checked the
hard
drive, video card and monitor. They all check out fine.
All that is left in the box is the mainboard,AMD chip, hard drive, ram
and video card.
 Any suggestions would be appreciated.
