Having a problem downloading any files over around 400K from internet -
indicator still works, but meter bar and file amount downloaded stops after
a few minutes and later shuts down.  I have a call waiting hardware modem,
but only a 24000 speed connection due to old phone lines.  I am using IE
5.5.  Don't know whether its the modem or a problem with IE.  I didn't have
this problem with a USR 33.6 modem, and IE 4 on another machine, at 26.4K
speed.
