I would like to monitor what network connections are currently active. For
example, I noted that there was activity on my network connection when I was
not expecting any. It would be nice to determine what exactly was
responsible for the activity.

What program might be recommended to show me this information? Note that I
don't necessarily need to be able to block the activity, just to monitor it.
I have firewall programs that can do this, but would like ideas for a very
small, simple monitor. Thank you for any suggestions.
