So how do you all get enough fiber in your diet? I try to eat lots of
veggies, but some days it's easier to just grab some protein, like on
weekends when we're busy and running around. I have psyllium seed husk
capsules, but they tend to make me feel bloated when I take them. Just
wanted to see how everybody else handles this.
