The only problem I see with meat is if she buys the standard hormone laden
stuff. I can see where that might increase estrogens in your body. I would
be more concerned with xenoestrogens in the form of parabens, etc. from
cosmetics, lotions, shampoos, conditioner, or from pesticides, plastics, and
more. You can do a search on google and get tons of information. I started
making my own skin care products years ago for this reason.
