On Neander Thin, none of these would be allowed.

It is a matter of debate, however, whether any of them would actually
belong on a paleolithic diet.  There are may accounts of hunter/gatherer
peoples eating all of the above, usually prepared by boiling or by wrapping
in leaves and such and putting in the ashes of a fire.

However, in no case would any of the above be staples, they would be
occasional treats and probably eaten only in small quantities.  I suspect
they would all interfere with weight loss, at least for some individuals.

If you're being conservative don't touch them.  If you're more
liberal-minded, eat them occasionally and not in massive quantities.
