hi all,
please answer a couple quick questions, i don't have my copy of Neanderthin
handy (it hasn't been in this house since the first week i got it!  it's
making the rounds, and i have a waiting list who want to read it--i may have
to get myself an extra copy and hide it)

1.  i know potatoes are off limits, but are sweet potaotes and yams allowed?

2.  is wild rice allowed?
