Whoa, Nelly!  Is it just me, or does 3 to 4 pounds of meat a day sound like
a lot?  Unless you've got a LOT of muscle.

Then again, what do I know?  Except that I should start lifting weights
again.  Yipee.  (Note the lack of an exclamation point.)
