   However first I checked with amazon.ca, only to see that while the 
first listing is for a mere CDN$ 176.66 (new), I could get a (new) copy 
of The Paleo Diet by Loren Cordain for CDN$ 6.22.
   The supports the theory that there is a vast conspiracy to poison 
Canadians.
