I can almost guarantee that their cooking oils are not
of good quality. Some other 'undesirables' may slip through
without you realizing it. Also, for those who seek out
grass fed beef - good luck finding it in a restaurant.
In general, if one is a purist (or a fanatic) about the
right foods just about the only thing to do is to cook it
yourself.
