I found one!! The Heartland Brewery, Union Square, New York City, has a
buffalo burger from grass fed bison. It is cooked on a grill dedicated to
meat (no bread or anything breaded on it) and they'll serve it with a salad
instead of French Fries. And they have cider on tap to drink. :)
