What do you mean by "bleed internally"? It seems pretty
vague. When you bruise your arm it's internal bleeding,
but I don't think that's what you mean. Do you mean you're
coughing up blood, or having bloody stools or something
like that? If you mean bloody stools, then you should get
looked at, but there are lots of reasons for it. If it's
black, then it is often serious, but if it's red it's
usually not.
