See my page for a link to paleo microwave cooking. It takes < 10
minutes to make each meal. I make a meal and take with me
in a 2qt container to the gym (so I can begin eating right
after weightlifting). I take 2 containers to work - one
for a midmorning meal and the other to reheat at lunch.

Paleodieting microwave-style has to be the most time efficient
diet there is. It is a myth that you can't microwave cook meat
so that it tastes great, if done correctly.
